1. Eligibility Requirements

Who can purchase tickets:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • You must be physically located in Alberta at the time of your purchase
  • Even if you are a resident of Alberta but are out of the province, you will not be able to purchase
  • You must be physically in Alberta to complete any purchase

2. Location Verification

How we ensure you are in Alberta:

Our website uses geo-fencing technology to ensure participants are in the province at the time of purchase. We also collect:

  • Your address and postal code throughout the transaction
  • IP address verification
  • Device location data (when location services are enabled)

Troubleshooting location issues:

  • If you are in Alberta but being blocked, your mobile device's IP may be providing an out-of-province address
  • Try clearing your data on your mobile browser and try again
  • If still blocked using cellular network, try connecting to WiFi and purchasing
  • Please ensure your location services are enabled in your device settings

3. Payment Methods

Online purchases:

  • Credit card (required)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Samsung Pay

In-game purchases:

  • Credit card (required)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Samsung Pay

We do not accept CASH payments.

4. Ticket Delivery

Online purchases:

  • You will receive a system confirmation following your transaction
  • Your ticket(s) will be emailed to the address you provided

In-game purchases:

  • You will receive your printed ticket(s) once your transaction has been approved

Important: You must enter the same email address twice (without error) during the registration/purchase process.

5. Ticket Pricing

Current ticket packages available:

  • 9 tickets for $9
  • 100 tickets for $25
  • 400 tickets for $50
  • 1000 tickets for $100
  • 2400 tickets for $120

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

6. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to AGLC regulations, all ticket purchases are non-refundable. We cannot issue refunds if you:

  • Enter the wrong amount purchased
  • Change your mind after purchase
  • Make an error during the purchase process

Please ensure you double-check your purchase before completing the transaction.

7. Account Information

When creating an account or making a purchase, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Enter the same email address twice without error
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

8. Regulatory Compliance

This service is operated by Calgary Flames Foundation, 555 Saddledome Rise SE, Calgary, AB T2G 2W1. We are authorized by:

  • AGCO of Ontario under registration OP1499200, operating through an agreement with iGaming Ontario
  • AGLC under registration 745773, effective: November 7, 2025
